Don’t miss a UNESCO World Heritage Site when visiting London.

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

One of the leading travel attractions in London, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew now leads the conservation and science of plants not only in the city but in the entire world.

Join them as they describe and explore the various plants and fungi and see how they protect the diverse plants in the world. Learn more about this London travel attraction, wherein admission starts at £13.90 for adults, in this review provided by travel-centered site, called Frommer’s:

No matter what season you visit, Kew always has something to see, with species of shrubs, flowers, and trees from every part of the globe, from the Arctic Circle to tropical rainforests. If the weather's chilly, you can keep warm in the three great hothouses: the Palm House (the warmest, with a thick, sweaty mass of jungle plants); the slightly cooler Temperate House; and the Princess of Wales Conservatory, which encompasses 10 climatic zones, from arid to tropical. But when the sun is out, head to the garden's newest attraction, a 200m (656 ft.) Treetop Walkway taking you up into the canopy, some 18m (59 ft.) in the air, for a stroll through chestnut, lime, and oak trees. Other attractions include a Japanese pagoda and the Marianne North Gallery (1882), dedicated to the intrepid Victorian artist and decorated with her paintings of exotic flora.
