The Gliffaes Hotel stands alone, surrounded by rolling hills amid some of Wales’ finest countryside. It remains very much a family business, now safely into its third generation… Although officially a fishing hotel, you don’t have to be an angler to get the point. We noticed during dinner that it draws a huge mix… The one thing all us guests had in common was that we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves.
